Val has provided his service to myself and my family several times, even when it's close to the end of the work day, or on a Saturday. He provides service in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal wait time. Larger dealerships often try to up-sell unsuspecting customers by offering unnecessary fluid flushes or filter replacement; Val doesn't do this. Any safety-related issues he promptly brings to my attention, and recommends deferring non-critical issues until a subsequent visit. He uses quality name brand parts that aren't much more expensive then the "White Box" parts that other shops use. He stands behind the parts from his suppliers with his warranty. My 2009 Mazda3 is closing in on 260,000 km, and thanks to Val, I feel confident that I will be passing a safe car onto my daughter for her first car. Also, Val recently helped in my choice for a larger replacement vehicle. I have recommended his services to my friends and co-workers, and each of them are now repeat customers. I highly recommend Hunt Club Auto.

I’ve been going to this mechanic shop for years and had an ongoing minor problem with TPMS sensor. Once Val took over as the new owner of this shop, he resolved my issue right away. My dad recently purchased a used Mazda 3 for me that was safety checked by one of the largest dealerships in Ottawa. This car only came with snow tires, so immediately after purchasing it, my dad brought it to Hunt Club Auto to purchase a set of summer tires. While it was there Valdrin noticed several issues that should have caused it to fail the Safety Check: One tie rod end required replacing, the stabilizer links required replacing, the exhaust heat shield had come loose from the car, and was dangling, and rust had caused holes in the frame. As a result of Valdrin’s attention to detail, my father promptly brought the car back the dealer that performed the Safety Check, and they repaired the outstanding issues. Thanks to Valdrin noticing these issues, I feel a lot safer driving this car now that these issues have been repaired.
